Attack speed boost alternatives to stance based boosts
I've been wanting to make use of some of the 'other' elite stances, Battle rage, auspicious parry ect, and I'm trying to figure out ways to boost attack speed without taking up the stance 'slot'. In the competative missions I've been doing, it's easy, you just take iway and it lasts forever, there's so many dead bodies... and you can kick sooooo much ass rocketing around when you don't have to worry about juggling the stances, but doesn't work in most pve areas though.
I might be able to juggle b-rage or auspicious with frenzy but I'm looking for something I can maintain simultaneously like the iway situation.
Been using the NRA+pet combo, but places i've been going lately either the pet is useless or gets whacked too often. It's also expensive.
I've been trying Crit agility, as a 33% boost and enchant I can maintain in for about 10-15 seconds in a furball. It might work slightly better if I used a 20% weapon, the extra second might give me just enough time to get that renewing whack in, but I already have too many shiny things... Does the 20% thing even work on the renewal when you crit?
In fort fail I'd been trying out Brutal weapon instead of a conjure, and if I can keep that up I might be able to keep Weapon of Aggression up, but it could get expensive. It's also only +25% and it 'fuglies' up the weapon...
Iway needs to be set up party wide. I'd have to get a bunch of dweeb pets and micro them... Might work if there was a human in the party spaming vanguard sins but usually there isn't.
I don't want to waste money on cons and junk...
Basically if you couldn't use a stance based boost, which alternative would you take.

For Warrior? NRA, Iway, and Weapon of Aggression are your only options excluding cons.
http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/IAS <--- features all the IAS in the game except cons

Re read the op. Being elite and/or a stance would defeat the purpose.

If we ignore the fact it's a stance, TF is terrible.
@OP, the options are:
IWAY: Very low uptime unless you run some weird team build.
Rapid Fire: Awesome, but you'll need to be using a bow.
NRA: The best option; you'll likely need a zealous weapon to maintain it.
RaO: Expensive and elite. 33% IAS though.
Weapon of Aggression: Will require a zealous and makes your weapon ugly, as you mention.
Aggressive Refrain: 0 Leadership = 5 second uptime.
Soldier's Fury: Elite, also Leadership but has only a 5s recharge.
Heart of Fury: 5s duration, 30s recharge.
Onslaught: Elite, 5s duration, 20s recharge.
So it's either NRA, WoA, cons, or no IAS. AR could work if you build for it (though you'd probably have to recast it before every fight, which is a massive annoyance at 25e). -20AL also really sucks.

What's the reason for finding a non-stance IAS anyways? What other options of stances do you have as a warrior?
I'm not going to bother about the difference between PvP and PvE and why stances are as such in the first place (Anyone remember there were evade skills?). But really, as a warrior you shouldn't mind using frenzy or flail to take up your stance slot.
In PvE, maybe you'd like to see some bar compression and get some more survivability without sacrificing anything (double damage, slower movement, decreased damage). So I'm going to suggest...
Soldier's Stance! 75% block and 33% IAS. It's a stance, but once activated with "Fear Me!" or "To The Limit!" (Or both), you've coupled survivability and increased DPS.
Problem solved.
